December

Three rooms, three parties, one night

December is the month every room in this city fills, and most holiday party locations in NYC raise the room fee to match. We don't have a room fee to raise. You hit the same bar minimum you'd hit in March, and that's the whole bill for the space.

A date that looks gone usually isn't. We run up to three separate parties at once — three rooms, three bars, three bartenders, holding about 40, 50 and 60 — so a Friday that's booked is often only booked once. Send the date through the form and we'll tell you what's actually open before you go looking elsewhere.

Bring catering and a cake, both free. Playlist through the room's sound system, photos on the projector, and the later Friday and Saturday sessions run to 1 AM in the Back Room and 2 AM in the Whiskey Cellar — long enough for the part of the night where people actually talk to each other.

Choose your room

The Back Room at B Lounge NYC — private room for 40 guests

The Back Room

Suggested 40 guests

Cozy and candlelit, our most-booked room. Own bar, own bartender, a door you can close.

The Whiskey Cellar at B Lounge NYC — brick-vaulted private room for 50 guests

The Whiskey Cellar

Suggested 50 guests

Brick vaults below street level, and the room everybody photographs. The only room open until 2 AM on Friday and Saturday.

The B Lounge room at B Lounge NYC — largest private room, 60 guests

The B Lounge

Suggested 60 guests

Our largest space, with room to move and a bar along the wall. Takes the biggest groups without splitting them.

We can run all three rooms at the same time — three separate parties, each in its own room with its own bar and bartender.

Pricing

You don't rent the room — you meet a bar minimum

There's no charge for the space. You book a session and meet a minimum bar spend for it. If your group drinks past the minimum, you just pay for what you drank. Nothing gets added on top for the room.

Questions

Holiday parties, straight answers

Do you have space for a company holiday party?

Three private rooms holding about 40, 50 and 60, each with its own bar, its own bartender. The Back Room and the Whiskey Cellar close off behind a door. Every room has a TV and a projector.

Do your prices go up in December?

We don't have a room fee to raise. You hit the same bar minimum as any other month: $700 Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday, and from $500 Friday and Saturday depending on the room and the session. Plenty of holiday party venues in NYC quietly reprice December — this one can't. Same goes for the company holiday party venues in NYC that add a per-head surcharge once they hear it's a work event.

The date we want looks taken. Is it?

Often not. We run up to three separate parties at the same time, each in its own room with its own bar and bartender, so a busy Friday still has space. Send the date through the form and we'll tell you what's actually open.

Can we bring catering and a cake?

Yes, and both are free. Bring a full catered spread if you want one — what you pay for is what your guests drink.

How late can a holiday party run?

Friday and Saturday the later session goes to 1 AM in the Back Room and 2 AM in the Whiskey Cellar; the B Lounge runs a flexible session to 1 AM. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday run between 5 PM and midnight. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
