Host a Corporate Event in the East Village

A room of your own, a projector that works, and one bartender who's only pouring for your team.

Screen and sound

Every room has a projector and its own bartender

Put the deck, the reel or the quarter on the projector, then flip to Bluetooth audio when the presenting is over. Nobody's craning around a shared screen, because there's no rest of the bar in your room — just your team and one bartender working your party and nothing else.

No room charge, no booking fee, and the deposit comes back after the event. For a team of 40 to 60 that generally comes out under an East Village event venue that charges for the space and then runs a tab on top. Want food with it? Outside catering is free — order from anywhere on the block.

Weeknights are the smart booking. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday every room runs a flexible session between 5 PM and midnight at the lowest minimum of the week, which is usually plenty for a team night that starts after work and ends before the trains get weird.

Questions

Work events, straight answers

Do you have a private room for a company party?

Three rooms, holding about 40, 50 and 60. Each has its own bar and its own bartender, and the Back Room and the Whiskey Cellar close off behind a door. As East Village NYC event venues go, this is the version where your team isn't sharing a floor with a bachelorette party. Most corporate event spaces in NYC bill for the room first and ask what you need second.

Is there a screen or projector for a presentation?

Every room has a TV and a projector, plus sound you connect over Bluetooth from a phone. Run the deck, run the reel, then switch to music when the talking's done.

How much does a corporate event cost?

There's no room charge. You hit a bar minimum for the session: $700 Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday, and from $500 Friday and Saturday depending on the room and the session. For 40 to 60 people that usually beats a venue that bills for the space and bills again at the bar.

Can we bring catering for a work event?

Yes, and it's free. Outside catering and outside cake are both fine — no catering fee, no cakeage fee.

How late can a weeknight event run?

Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday every room runs a flexible session of up to four hours between 5 PM and midnight, at the lowest minimum of the week. Friday and Saturday split into an early session from 4:30 and a later one that goes to 1 or 2 AM. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
